Georgian foreign trade drops by 2%

The foreign trade of Georgia totaled $5.662 billion in January-July 2013, dropping by 2%, compared with 2012, News Georgia reports.

Exports from Georgia totaled $1.476 billion in January-July 2013 (+9%), imports $4.186 billion (-5%). Thus, the trade balance had a negative $2.71 billion, which was equivalent to 48% of its total foreign trade.
