Vaynakh Telecom has received permit of the Federal Supervision Agency for Information Technologies and Communications to exploit the G4 cellphone network, Vedomosti cites Oleg Ivanov, deputy head of the federal agency.
Abram Khait, head of the Moscow office of Vaynakh Telecom, confirmed reception of the permit.
