Ingush acting Leader Yunus-Bek Yevkurov said that a special commission consisting of officials of the administration, Ministry for Finances, prosecutors, Russian Financial Monitoring Agency, directorate of federal purpose programs was monitoring expenditure of the local budget, ITAR-TASS reports.
Yevkurov agreed with Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev yesterday about formation of a working group to control budget expenses.
According to the Ingush police, over 3 criminal cases against functionaries were filed over suspected theft of funds last month. They include functionaries of the regional Ministry for Agriculture.
