Russia to encourage Kazakh companies to invest in Port Taman

Russia plans to encourage Kazakh companies transferring cargo through Ukraine and Baltic states to invest in construction of the Taman Port. Its infrastructure will need 40 billion rubles, Kommersant reports.

Kazakh companies may build terminals for transfer of petroleum, liquefied gas, metals, grain and sulfur and federal facilities. Kazakhstan shows interest in petroleum and sulfur facilities.
