VIM Airlines will start making Saint Petersburg - Qabala flights on September 12, Trend cites AZAL spokesman Magerram Safarli.
The flights were initially planned to start in August.
Flights from Qabala to Saint Petersburg will be made at 12.30 pm on Thursdays.
