During the International Investment Forum Sochi-2013, the Gelendzhik authorities will offer investors a project of an all-season ski sports complex.
The complex can accommodate up to 6,000 people. Total length of ski trails will be 1,260 m
"The complex will include: a ski slope, an ice rink, an ice-park, an ice rink and a game room for children, a conference center, a water park, a relaxation center, a bowling club, VIP-club, a health and fitness center, catering facilities, hotels and apartments, and parking. The cost of the project is estimated at 3500 million rubles. The land area is 6.2 hectares," the portal yuga.ru reports with reference to the press service of the regional Ministry of resorts and tourism.
It is planned that the facility will be used by the residents and visitors of the city of Gelendzhik with middle-range incomes.
