Russian Deputy Minister for Finances Sergey Storchak said that success of the G20 summit in Saint Petersburg will depend on Turkey, co-chair of the working group for reforming the world financial architecture, and Australia.
The working group is focusing on reforms of the International Monetary Fund, modernization of governmental debt systems, credits, fulfillment of Seoul agreements on quotas, interaction of the IMF and regional financial mechanisms.
Russia will present a report on assistance of development according to the past 3 years of work. Only 33 out of 67 obligations were fulfilled, the rest will be accomplished in the next years.
