Georgian Deputy Minister for Energy Ilia Eloshvili has introduced Irakly Gabunia, Deputy Director General of the SOCAR Georgia Gas, as the special manager of KazTransGas Tbilisi, to replace Ani Taktakishvili on the post, Trend reports.
Taktakishvili was accused of plastic pipes that are normally used in water plumbing for gasification of the city.
The special manager’s post was created in 2009 over the debt worth $40 million the compny needed to pay the government.
