The Fenix skyscraper in the Grozny City Complex has been fully restored after the fire, Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov said on Instagram.
MP Adam Delimkhanov was in charge of the restoration process. Kadyrov thanked his brother Adan Sultanovich, a member of the Akhmat-Haji Kadyrov team, for finishing work on time.
The Olimp skyscraper was renamed to Fenix after the fire on April 2013. 18,000 square meters were on fire. The tower will open on October 5.
