Russia, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan were rated by the World Economic Forum as the top 3 states with the highest index of the human capital in the CIS.
The list of 122 countries puts Kazakhstan on the 45th position, Russia on the 51st, Azerbaijan on the 64th, Armenia on the 73rd, Georgia on the 77th.
In terms of the education rating, Azerbaijan holds the 71st position. It has the 55th position for labour force, employment and environment and 94th for healthcare.
Switzerland, Finland and Singapore are the top 3 states, in terms of human capital.
