Turkish Minister for Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yildiz said that Turkey was ready to buy all of Iraq's oil to use the Kirkuk-Yumurtalik Pipeline with full efficiency, Trend reports.
The minister reiterated that the pipeline was operated with only a third of its capacity, causing an unnecessary reduction of income.
