Georgian Minister for Energy Kakha Kaladze said at the signing of the cooperation memorandum with the Energy Academy that independence of Georgia meant energy independence, because the country had great hydro resources.
The minister noted that they will build wind power plants in the Gori District to produce 20MW and a power plant to produce 150MW.
