The head of the Region Development Bank in North Ossetia have been suspected of stealing over 300 million rubles, RIA Novosti reports. Sergey Doyev, one of the members of the board of the bank, was detained earlier. He is under house arrest.
The bank has been experiencing problems with paying individuals with cash. Doyev said a week before his detention that problems in the bank were psychological, because individuals were taking money even out of deposits before receiving interest.
