Armenian minister clarifies gas issues with Russia

Armenian Minister for Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisyan said that Russia was ready to scrap the custom fee of 30% for Russian gas as a concession for Armenia's announcement about joining the Customs Union made on September 3, panarmenian.netreports.

Armenia wants Russia to keep gas prices unchanged for 5 years. Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said last week that there was no deal on gas prices. Aram Manukyan, secretary of the Armenian National Congress, said that he had not seen the text of the deal for half a year.
