The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan's petrol station near the Ukrainian capital of Kiev has been named the best one in the Commonwealth of Independent States by Russia's Modern Petrol Station magazine.
The petrol station is believed to be the best one from the point of view of innovation, quality and service.
