The South Ossetian government of Prime Minister Rostik Khugayev has discussed the Investment Program for Socio-Economic Development for 2013, Res reports.
Minister for Economic Development Zalina Khugati said that government customers of the program include the Ministry for Construction, Architecture and Housing Construction, Ministry for Economic Development, Ministry for Agriculture, Ministry for Healthcare and Social Development, Committee for Construction and Exploitation of Roads.
Deputy Minister for Finances Marina Tibilova noted that the section of expenditures of the 2013 budget was extended by over 86 million rubles, most of which will be spent on administrations of cities and districts.
Deputy Minister for Agriculture Robert Pukhayev was approved in the post. He was introduced by Minister for Agriculture Mairbeg Guchmazov.
