Azerbaijan opens BakuBuild 2013 Exhibition

The BakuBuild 2013 Exhibition has begun in the Azerbaijani capital of Baku. Construction in the country has increased 14 times in the past 10 years. 1480 enterprises are engaged in construction, and 77% of them are private companies, according to Rufat Mamedov, Director of AZPROMO.The Caspian construction week has 490 companies from 32 states presented. This year’s exhibition differs from the previous ones by presence of light and sound equipment. Debutants choosing BakuBuild for as a platform to promote their products in the Caspian Region total 50% of all participants.Companies are represented in national groups, with Germany, Greece, Italy, Iran, UAE, Portugal and Finland having 7 groups. Italy’s Brescia and Milan and the Novara Province have the biggest groups. Turkey will take part in the exhibition. The UAE group is supervised by Dubai Exports.The BakuBuild 2013 Exhibition will continue at the Baku Expo Center until October 26. It will be followed by the Aqua-Therm Baku and CIPS Caspian 2013 exhibitions.
