Krasnodar has best living standards in Russia

ITP Urbanikoy has presented its rating of the top 100 large Russian cities with the best living standards at the 12th Russian Forum 'Strategic planning in regions and cities of Russia: building a system' in St. Petersburg.

The rating was based on opportunities for housing purchases, transportation systems, crime level, expenses of housing and utilities services and consumer potential.

Krasnodar came first in the rating, Surgut second, Yekaterinburg third, Sochi 22nd, Novorossiysk 35th and Armavir 78th.
