Federal Arbitration Court of Moscow confirms abuse of dominant position by “Anapa Airport”.
The Federal Arbitration Court of Moscow has refused to accept claims by the public corporation “Anapa Airport” and has confirmed the legitimacy of the decision made by the Federal Antimonopoly Service, reports Prime Tass.
“Anapa Airport” infringed the law by refusing to allow the public corporation “Aeroflot – Russian Airlines” to use its own fuel, which limits competition in the air transportation services sector .
“Anapa Airport” will be fined 400,000 rubles. This sum is being contested.
“Such cases gave us the opportunity to lower tariffs to half their 2008 level,” says the Head of Transport Control, Dmitry Rutenberg.
