Mayor of Istanbul Kadir Topbaş says the Marmaray undersea tunnel is safe, adding that all potential risks have been addressed in detail.
“All possibilities have been taken into consideration in all seriousness,” Mayor Topbaş is quoted as saying by Hürriyet Daily News.
