Iran will offer foreign companies beneficial contracts in exchange for at least $100 billion of investments for the development of petroleum fields in the next 3 years, said Mehdi Hosseini, an advisor of the Iranian petroleum minister, Vesti reports.
Foreign companies will get shares in Iranian projects.
Hosseini said that more details about the contracts will be given in London in March.
EU and US sanctions aggravated in mid-2012 resulted in halving of Iranian oil exports. Iran said last week that it would reduce oil prices in exchange for removal of some sanctions.
