Georgian Minister for Economy Georgy Kvirakishvili said that the government will fulfill all social obligations by the end of the year, despite the economic growth of 2.5%, instead of the 6% predicted for this year, Georgia Online reports.
The minister admitted that part of budget income will not be fulfilled.
