Sargsyan and Khristenko discuss issues of cooperation between Armenia and Eurasian Economic Commission

Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission for Europe (EEC) Viktor Khristenko has met with President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan. They discussed a wide range of issues of Armenia's cooperation with the EEC.

Among other things, the sides discussed the memorandum on enhancing cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Commission and Armenia signed the day before in Yerevan, which Khristenko praised as successful and fruitful, Novosti-Armenia reports.

The sides also noted that a lot of work will have to be done after Armenia joins the Customs Union and the Single Customs' zone.

Armenia is ready to accept almost all conditions necessary for the entry into the Customs Union.
