Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida confirmed readiness to help Iran build a nuclear power plant, Kishida’s spokesman Koiti Midzushima said, ITAR-TASS reports.
Japan offers to help in solving ecological problems, such as the Lake Urmia drought. Billions of tons of salt may end up on the surface of the lake, unless its drying out is stopped. The spokesman noted that Japan had sent a group of specialists to study the problem.
