The Dagestani branch of Sberbank is the only participant of the auction to sign a contract to open a loan service worth 3 billion rubles, Interfax reports.
The auction commission recommended the signing of a contract worth 169.875 million rubles at an annual rate of 11.325%. The funds will be granted for six months, according to the budget of 2013.
