The Russian company "MTS" opens money transfers to Azerbaijan

Now clients of OAO "MobileTeleSystems" can make money transfers to Azerbaijan as well as to Ukraine, Armenia, Moldova, Belarus and Georgia. The money transferred can be put on the account of the mobile phone.
All that is needed to make a transfer is a passport. The maximum transferable sum is 120,000 rubles. The commission is 1,5 % in Russia and 2% for transfers abroad.
The company MTS has offered money transfers in all of its offices since May 2010.
