According to Boris Gryzlov, speaker of the Russian State Duma, suppression of terrorist ideology disseminated on the Internet will become a pillar of the struggle against terrorism, reports Prime-TASS.
"Today, there is no problem with access to the sites of terrorist organisations.It is necessary that such sites not be registered anywhere in the world," said the speaker. Gryzlov called for the wide diffusion of special techniques to make it possible to discover explosives quickly.
