Inspections of the Russian Audit Chamber of Makhachkala and Kaspiysk budgets and the Dagestani office in Moscow in 9 months of 2013 have revealed violations, RIA Novosti reports.
4.1 billion rubles of the budget of Dagestan were realized (about 57%). 3.1 billion rubles were idle. 186.7 million rubles more were spent in the same period of 2012. Financial violations total 341.4 million rubles, most of which belong to the construction, housing and utilities services of Makhachkala.
760 million rubles was spent in Kaspiysk (67.9% of the budget), dropping by 7.6 million rubles, compared with the previous year. Only 22.2% of the national economy section of the budget was realized.
Violations in accounts and use of funds were also found in the Dagestani office in Moscow.
