Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Prime Minister of Iraqi Kurdistan Nechirvan Barzani have signed deals for oil transportation through Turkey, Reuters reports.
Iraq says that Iraqi Kurdistan does not have the right to manage oil resources on its territory.
