KazMunayGas, Kazakh state petroleum company, will hold an IPO after 2015, RBC reports.
According to the government decree of September 8, 2011, on state program to make public offerings of shares of subsidiaries and dependable organizations of Samruk-Kazyn, the company is on the 3rd tier of companies, meaning that it can only put shares up for sale on the market after 2015.
About 5-15% shares will be for sale. KazMunayGas does not plan to buy back 37% of shares of KazMunayGas Exploration Extraction at the Kazakh and London Exchanges.
