The Chechen parliament has increased the budget for the 2014/2015 year by 1,939,008,600 rubles. Chechen Deputy Minister for Finances Abubakar Addayev noted that the additional finances will be spent on development of healthcare, sports, housing and utilities, agriculture, forestry, culture, education and economic programs, Gazeta.ru reports.
Saypi Berdukayev, head of the Parliamentary Committee for Budget, Banks and Taxes, said that the efforts of Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov and the government allowed the budget to rise with the help of additional funds in the federal budget.
