Rights of Georgian consumers to be protected by special ombudsman

The Committee on European Integration of the Parliament of Georgia and the non-governmental sector have developed a new law under which a consumer ombudsman will be introduce in Georgia, the head of the Federation of consumers, Madonna Koidze said.

 

The ombudsman will be elected for 4 or 5 years, consumers will be able to address him with questions about the quality of products, etc.
