Russia and Iran signed a treaty on creating a joint venture for operating the 'Busher' nuclear-power plant, RIA Novosti informs.
The treaty was signed on a parity basis by the Russian company 'Atomstroyexport' and Iran's 'Nuclear Power Production and Development' company.
