Turkmenistan starts industrial utilization of casing-head gas

GP Global Equipment Ltd (UK) and the Keymir Gas Compression Station launched by Turkmennebit in the western part of the country will increase exports of energy carriers, Trend reports.The compression station will pump environmentally safe fuel to the Turkmenistan-Iran Pipeline with the help of additional facilities at the Akpatlauk Field, not far from Keymir.Keymir will allow casing-head gas to be put under industrial utilization to intensify extraction. The facility will cost over $135 million.
