The Chechen government, Chechen Association of Employers and the Council of Chechen Trade Unions signed a trilateral agreement on minimal wages in the republic, the Chechen government reports.
The document was signed by Chechen Vice Prime Minister Abdul Magomedov, Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Development Mohmad Ahmadov, Chairman of the Association of Chechen Trade Unions Husain Soltagereyev.
Soltagereyev said that the document served to protect the rights of people for good labor conditions and increase of salaries.
The minimal monthly salary for state-paid workers was fixed at 5554 rubles (5205 rubles in 2012-2013), salary for private workers at 8252 rubles.
