Head of the Rostov region complains to Grizlov about the Kuban authorities

The governor of the Rostov region, Vasiliy Golubev, is unpleased that the authorities of the Kuban region are trying to deprive Rostov of the right to participate in creating one of the four gambling zones known as "Azov-city", Yuga.ru reports.
Golubev states in a telegram to Grizlov that the idea to omit Rostov from the program does not take in to consideration the needs of the region and will cause great damage to the region's economy.
