Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has named 2014 the Industry Year at the governmental talks on socio-economic development, Russian.News.Cn reports.
He ordered the government to maintain macroeconomic stability in the country in 2014, keep inflation stable, expand investment programs, continue economic reforms and support of business.
Aliyev pointed out the need to form large farms and purchase agricultural equipment, expand melioration and irrigation to fulfill food demands.
