Rosneft has purchased all Mika Limited Shares, which means that the Russian company will gain access to all petroleum stations, oil bases and offices of the company, ArmInfo reports.
Major entrepreneur Mikhail Bagdasarov, owner of Mika Limited, has announced readiness to sell its shares earlier.
