About 5,000 people experienced a power cut in the Krasnodar Territory this night, ITAR-TASS reports.
Most power cuts happened on power lines with a voltage of 6-35KW. A total of 103 transformer buildings and two 35-KW power lines were shut down. Most people suffering from the power cut are residents of the Ust-Labinsk and the Leningradsky Districts and Black Sea coastal cities.
