The police have caught two fraudsters who used fake promissory notes worth a total of 145 million rubles in Stavropol Territory, RIA Novosti reports.
The suspects formed a company called Agroling-Transit. They made a purchase and sale agreement with an agricultural enterprise in the Krasnodar Territory using fake promissory notes worth 45 million rubles. Three more entrepreneurs were tricked using the same scheme for 100 million rubles.
One of the suspects is a resident of Stavropol Territory, the other one comes from Krasnodar Territory.
