Armenia will sign agreements liberalizing air links with Ukraine, Iran, Turkmenistan, Iraq and Kuwait, said Artem Movsisyan, head of the Main Civil Aviation Directorate, ArmInfo reports.
Such agreements have already been signed with the US, UAE and Russia. Russian air companies Aeroflot, S7 and Transaero and other foreign companies fly to Dubai and Air Arabia have increased the number of flights and will open more in 2014.
Movsisyan expects Armenia to have a dramatic rise of flights in spring 2015.
Armenia realized the Open Sky policy in October 2013.
