Ulyukayev: Russia is preparing several trade agreements with the U.S.

Following a meeting with the U.S. trade representative on the sidelines of the forum in Davos, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich and Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev say that Russia and the United States intend to conclude a number of agreements in the field of trade.

"It is incorrect to talk about the project of a trade zone, it is rather a set of agreements which at the end will give us the equivalent of an agreement on a free trade zone. Now we are talking mainly about agreement on investment protection, as well as further agreement in the field of technical regulations and phytosanitary control," Interfax quotes the head of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development.
