Kazakhstan to spend over $1 billion on geology

Kazakhstan will spend $1.05 billion (over 164 billion tenge) on geological studies in 2015-2019, according to Bazarbay Nurabayev, Head of the committee for geology and subsurface resource management of the Ministry for Industry and New Technologies, News Azerbaijan reports.

The concept for development of geology until 2030 is the basic document for financing of geological progress in Kazakhstan.
