Dagestan will start registering its national oil and gas company on March 1, according to Dagestani President Ramazan Abdulatipov, ITAR-TASS reports.
Abdulatipov said in his message to the parliament on January 15 that a national oil company will be formed. A deal with Rosneft was signed for that purpose. The government was ordered to intensify geological studies on the Caspian Shelf.
