Iranian Minister for Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yildiz said that Iran is planning to export gas to Europe through Turkey, Trend reports.
He noted that no agreement had been signed for realization of the plans. The minister emphasized that Ankara was hoping for a fair decision of the arbitrary court for its lawsuit on gas prices against Iran.
Tehran will have to give Turkey a gas discount of 30%, should the International Court of Arbitration decide so. Yildiz clarified that it would mean free gas worth $2 billion for Turkey.
