Russian Deputy Minister for Energy said that his ministry proposed shifting construction of the Kudepstinskaya Thermal Power Plant from the Adler District of Sochi to Grozny.
The power plant was an Olympic facility that TGK-2 was supposed to build. Russia cancelled its construction a few months after, in June, and proposed considerations to move the plant.
