Ukrainian Minister for Infrastructure Maksim Burbak said that Crimea was a territory of Ukraine and transportation links with it would not be restricted, RIA Novosti reports.
He noted that trains were going to Crimea today according to schedule. Planes from Kiev and other Ukrainian cities continue to land at Simferopol Airport.
