Azerbaijan and Turkey to finish gas talks by spring of 2011
The Azerbaijani oil company SOCAR and the Turkish pipeline company Botas will sign all the documents on the sale of Azerbaijani gas to Turkey and gas transit through the country by March 31, 2011, Trend reports.
