The anti-crisis reserve formed from frozen accumulated pensions of Russians will be spent to support Crimea, according to the order of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Vedomosti reports.
At least 100-130 billion rubles will be needed to help Crimea. A total of 243 billion rubles will be spent. Even the latter may be insufficient.
Road maps for harmonization with Russian laws will be developed for Crimea by April 5. The Russian Ministry for Finances will calculate their expenses by April 15. The expenses exclude the funds needed to reconstruct roads, build energy facilities and maintain housing and utilities.
