Prosecutors in Makhachkala have demanded closing of the Eurotek oil refinery in Berikey (Derbentsky District, Dagestan) over pollution it causes, Yuga.ru reports.
An administrative case was initiated against its director and the organization itself for violating norms on protection of the population from sanitary and epidemiological risks, for violating ecological norms and for refusal to pay for pollution.
